Before transitioning into real estate, Dave spent 18 years in Manhattan as a media executive with Paramount and NBCUniversal. During this time, he developed a sharp eye for detail, refined negotiation skills, and a high level of professionalism shaped by a fast-paced, competitive environment. This experience continues to inform his disciplined, client-focused approach to real estate.
After relocating to Sarasota, Dave quickly fell in love with the area’s vibrant culture, pristine beaches, and dynamic real estate market.
