We highly recommend Dave Hall to be your realtor whether you are looking for that perfect house or want a dedicated, hardworking realtor to represent you as a seller. My husband and I met Dave at one of his listings. He was on time, prepared with lots of information and took the time to show us several homes on our first meeting. Dave listened to our wants and "must haves" in our search for a home. He created an auto search based on our specific criteria which was very helpful. Working with Dave was the best experience from start to finish! His professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail truly set him apart from any other realtor I've ever met or worked with. He paid attention to what our needs/wants were and understood exactly what we were looking for. We had many questions about properties, the process in Florida etc. and he answered each question patiently and with all the information we would need. We received updates frequently and were kept informed of the process along the way. He was extremely responsive, we felt like his only clients! I would highly recommend Dave - there's no reason to work with anyone else!

My wife and I had the good fortune of meeting David at an open house he was hosting, although the house he was showing was not for us he made a lasting impression on us. When we decided to sell our home there was no question who we were going to call. David's professionalism, thoroughness and market knowledge was crucial in getting our home listed and sold in one week at 98% of asking price. On our recommendation David is now assisting my sister in law and brother in law find their first home in Sarasota. Based on our experience I am sure it will be a successful venture. Dave is simply the best. He is attentive, proactive, thoughtful, strategic, and professional in everything he does. I was purchasing a home in Sarasota, but was living out of state. Dave was my eyes and ears on the ground. He was instrumental in assisting with inspections, lining up contractors for quotes, facetime walkthroughs and putting me at ease that everything was under control, even though it was long distance. I had explained what I was looking for and my price range. Dave listened very carefully to everything I said. He never tried to show me something that wasn’t a good fit. He was very familiar with Sarasota and all of its surrounding communities. He knew exactly where to focus to help me find the perfect home. During the entire process, Dave was always available. I know he was certainly juggling numerous clients, but it seemed like I was always his priority. He returned calls promptly, was keenly aware of contractual dates and deadlines, and was always prepared for the next step. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent and I would trust him 100% with my next sale and / or purchase.
