Dave Hall was our realtor and was nothing short of amazing and fantastic. He was super helpful and kept us educated and informed through the whole process. He really went above and beyond. We’re super appreciative as he helped us get into a great home! Can’t say enough good things about him. We will for sure refer him to others and use him again should we have the need.

Dave was amazing to work with…he stuck by our side through thick and thin and worked with us for over a year trying to find a house. He is the guy to call. Even after the sale he is always available if we have a question or need guidance on an issue. He is dependable and trustworthy. He made the process so easy. Thank you Dave! Give him a call…you won’t be disappointed!

It was a pleasure working with Dave Hall at Michael Saunders & Company, on the search and purchase of my new Sarasota, Florida home. He understood my home needs and helped me locate my desired property in a great neighborhood. Professional, understanding and very kind, from starting the search to closing and beyond, he was informative through every step of the process. I would absolutely recommend Dave Hall and would work together again.

Loved working with Dave. He had a pulse on what we were looking for and helped us to find it.
